At Shane's Shoe Repairs, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may return your items within 30 days for an adjustment or a full refund. Please ensure that the footwear has not been worn outdoors following the repair to remain eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the repair work you wish to have reviewed.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid trackable shipping label to send your shoes back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Expert Assessment

  Our master cobblers will inspect the footwear to determine if a secondary repair or a full refund is the appropriate solution.

• 4.
  Resolution Delivery

  We will either ship your corrected footwear back to you free of charge or process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
